HGR is proud to announce that our new storage policy update is here to make it more cost efficient for our customers.
Starting this month, HGR will bill out storage fees on the 15th of the month for the upcoming month’s bill. Instead of charging an uncapped amount per pound of equipment, a fixed amount per month will be charged based on the weight bracket the equipment falls under. If the equipment is picked up before the pending storage charges are due the fees will be waived. If the equipment remains, storage payments are due on OR prior to the 1st of the month – we will not release equipment until the fee due is rectified.
HGR will offer 45 days of free storage and 12 months total of storage at the max. To take it a step further, we’ll also offer 50/50 consignment if you do not wish to store your items any longer. If we haven’t received a completed payment or consignment form prior to the 1st of the month, a late fee will be subjected for the equipment on the 2nd. The late fee will be the greater of either $50 or 10% of your storage bill. If the complete storage balance is not paid for prior to the next billing cycle the equipment will be considered abandoned and repossessed.
